Comfortable bedding and a clean, modern environment.
My stay was marred by poor communication at check-in, as the front desk staff couldn’t locate my reservation despite providing my confirmation number. Additionally, there was a lack of essential information about facilities—nobody informed us where breakfast was or that we needed to request housekeeping. To top it off, I found the noise from the adjoining rooms and the hallway quite disturbing, which made it hard to relax.

The King Room was super clean and modern! The shower had great temperature control, and I loved the shampoo and body wash dispensers. No carpet was a plus too. The bed was comfy, maybe a tad soft, but I slept well. The lobby vibe is so welcoming, and I noticed a nice gym area, though I didn't use it. Overall, a pretty cool spot!
